"Awesome program and so inspiring. Like others i caught it by chance when i turned on the tv to see the tennis finals this morning....it must be repeated at a peak time! It would inspire so many runners and sportsmen out there, indeed an inspiration to anyone who has ever really wanted to achieve in something they thought they couldn't do but wanted to. Will help a lot of uninspired Britons to realise the potential of their own bodies and see that there are great physical and mental rewards to be had through excersise and looking after your body. Would be great to see a follow up or similar series' looking at individuals attempting to achieve in other creative areas- music and the arts for example.
